We pride ourselves in providing a professional service that is focused on the young person's individuality. We recognise and value the importance of being accepted and feel included, we achieve this with support sessions that are consistent, inclusive, and non-judgmental.

All staff undergo an in-depth company induction and have been through the safer recruitment process including a full Disclosure and Barring Service check. We ensure staff have an equal opportunity to further their career with us, with quality training and support from our  highly experienced management team. We have identified the importance of continually empowering staff through training to improve the outcomes and wellbeing of our service users.
