Gloucester Family Care is a young person focused company who began offering a Supported Living service in 2020. When the company was established, our mission was to create a "sense of belonging to all” from the young people and children that we support, to our growing team of employees who are delivering our ethos and vision.
Team work is key in everything that we do, we know that there can be some days that are harder than others in our line of work, so people are at the heart of every decision we make. GFC not only offer staff regular supervisions and mentoring with their senior team, we also invest in regular clinical supervisions with external mental health professionals.

We demonstrate a 'Safer Recruitment' process and all staff take part in a vigorous and thorough induction. We provide a supportive, inclusive environment ensuring all staff have an equal opportunity to further develop professionally, by means of training and working towards qualifications.

We are committed to ensuring all of our young people are safe and secure when with us, all staff must undergo an enhanced safeguarding process, this will include references and a full enhanced DBS screening.
